Perception is Reality.

This is a cliché we all use to justify our judgement of people within our personal and corporate environments. We need to make more of an effort to ask people the right questions, and ask them to explain their thoughts or actions - you actually might be pleasantly surprised by the person they really are! Let's spend our energy on taking the time to understand each other instead of judging each other.
