Our lives can be so consuming with our to-do-lists, emails, social media etc. so we do not actively listen when others are talking - yet we demand people to listen to us. Take a moment to actively listen to another person. Put your phone away, don't check your watch and look the person in the eye and engage. By showing real interest in that conversation you will be surprised how interested they will be in you.
